Parent Support - Mental Health Resources
Looking after our mental health is important. In our daily lives we come across many different feelings, emotions and moods which can be overwhelming. Mental health is important at every stage of life from childhood to adulthood.
At Loddon Primary School, we practice mindfulness as part of the children's regular routines. We also provide parents and carers the opportunity to attend courses on mental health.
