Key Stage One Team Leader

Can you? Be guided by the Loddon Values to engage: pupils, colleagues, parents/carers and other community members.

If so we will offer you continuing professional development opportunities and support by an internal leadership coach/mentor.

This role has been created due to the expansion of our school to a 3 form entry Primary School, with Nursery. It would especially suit an experienced teacher looking to further develop their leadership skills at a whole school level.

£28,785 - £36,876 full time.  £25,471- £32,928 actual salary.

Salary dependent on experience and subject to job evaluation

(Term time plus INSET days and 5 days – 37 hours a week)

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and professional School Business Manager.

The successful candidate will be a confident leader who can function well as part of a team, will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and cheerful attitude, will be highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

You will be responsible for the daily operation and management of the school’s finances, ensuring the best possible use of school resources is achieved.

You will also hold responsibilities in relation to Administration, Personnel, Health and Safety, Data Handling and Procurement.
